Nervous System Regulation Exercises


Settling into my fourth week of my gut reset/phase 1
of the Autoimmune Reset Program. 
Feeling some stress due to lack of sleep lately, but otherwise good.
It takes a while to heal and adjust...and I know that,
however it makes it more challenging when your tired.
So I decided to dig into the resources available in the program on relaxing the
nervous system.
Otherwise I'd be pining for a cup of coffee and a sweet treat.



I just completed this session.
It was good, and the movements were easy.
I need easy today.
I am trying to get a little collection of tools together.
I'll share them as I go.
