Up earlier than usual.
Text from Mom at 5:15.
Her dog has been failing, and she thinks it's time.
A couple of appointments first,
then a short road trip to head her way.

Letting go of resistance and embracing the lessons
that come with each struggle and reveling in victories
are part of the ride.
Learning to allow things to come and go can be one of the hardest lessons
because we crave control.
But the lesson shows us that surrendering to what is
makes life richer.

remember that on the other side of the resistance
is a new level of comfort."

As you learn, your behavior changes.
