Love Yourself

Today, spend some time guilt free doing something 
creative, or go for a walk, write, read, or stare out
the window and daydream, anything you want to do
for the sheer enjoyment, not because it needs to be done.


'Learn to take good care of your mind, body, heart and soul.
Laugh, dance, be silly, be weird, be playful,
be childlike.  
Take your focus away from those things that cause you 
to feel pain, stress, anxiety, fear and unhappiness, 
onto those things that bring you joy, calm your nerves,
& make you happy.'

Inner Voice

.... a year ago I was not painfully aware  of how every choice I made... could either keep me spinning... or help to set me free. ...
