Todays to-do list:
Crank up some nostalgic favorites stored on my old iPod.
Revive the habit of drinking my lemon water out of a one quart mason jar.

Celebrate 182 days of sticking to nutrient rich/anti-inflammatory diet. 
Brainstorm 3 more self-care activities I'd like to focus on today...
starting and ending with this Vagus Nerve reset.
