Complications from surgery. An ER visit, and
more overnighters. Great friends & family that reach out
with prayer, lunch, or (door dash) "Door Gimp" if needed
because she herself is overcoming a battle.
Laughing at at our struggles.
Loving through our messes.
Finding the gifts through out the day helps
with balance.
Drinking some green tea and taking a minute to
recharge before I make the 50 mile trek to
what has become our 2nd home lately.
I pulled back the reigns of worry and hurry,
when I wrote a "p, then a d, trying to get my brain to write a b".
this morning.

Seek balance.
Balance emotions with reason.
Combine detachment with doing our part.
Balance giving with receiving.
Alternate work with play, business with personal activities.
*Balance tending our spiritual needs with tending to others needs.
*Juggle responsibilities to others with responsibilities to ourselves.
*Balance caring about others with caring about ourselves.
*Whenever possible, let's be good to others, but be good to ourselves too.
Some of us have to make up for lost time.
Today I will strive for balance.
