Surgery on his bladder to remove cancer.

Good news, and not so good news.

An overnight stay complete with room service, warm blankets,

friendly roommates, and a view from the 9th floor.

Life is weird. Things are hard, and so much is out of 

our control. But little delights are abundant,

and we're going to appreciate them.
