I giggled during my dance work out,
shed tears through yoga,
and found solace in kitty purrs while meditating.
Some days are just like that.
Thought I'd also share this quote from the book,

" Whatever we've got on repeat becomes

our thoughts, what we read, listen to, talk about,
tell ourselves, etc."
