Day by day...breath by breath...
I've stayed on course
which is a huge accomplishment.
It's been a challenging & rewarding sixteen weeks on
the Autoimmune reset / anti-inflammation protocol.
No Grains, Dairy, Alcohol, Chocolate, Eggs, Legumes,
Nuts or seeds, sugar, and a few fruits, veggies and oils.
I kept telling myself, "I do want to do this!!"
"I can do this!"
And I did it !!
I'm pretty happy about it.
I feel amazing!
