Tuesday Tip : Pause

The more time = less happy.

Help your soul.
Stop.
Take a 1 minute pause.
Breathe.
Be still.
Let it all go.
Create space to let your soul
be human again.

Repeat throughout the day if you want,
or maybe make it a habit.
Why not try it for a week and see 
how you feel ?
