Today...

I noticed I didn't have a bright & cheery

disposition.

So I worked out...

then took a moment to look around & reflect on 

the blessings showered throughout my life,

and I thought...

  Wow!

  I don't deserve all of this.

And for the people I get to share

this crazy, beautiful, messy life with.

a bad day [in my head 😉], to good again.
