Porch

Because one of my favorite things to do this Summer,

has been sitting on the porch.

I spend the morning drinking my coffee,

listening to the choir of birds, and reading my devotionals...

while the squirrels scurry about.

Then my guy joins me...and we search

for new blooms amongst 

the wildflowers...

as he kisses me good-bye and heads off to work.

I usually have books, and chalk, and 

sometimes music playing...

and a dog, a cat, and a goat.

And last night the twinkle lights mingled with the moon

making everything look dreamy....

so I practiced taking night shots

with my camera...

and hubby came out to join me too. :)

Six

Because...hubby and I have been together for six years. *love

And this is how we celebrated.

And it was the best !

Because these are the things we love...

these are the things we'll remember.

Wildflowers

Because...I plant wildflowers every year.

And this year they actually bloomed!!!

And it's awesome to keep at something

you don't know much about...

and watch it turn into something that

makes your heart happy.

And paired with my hubby's boots....

makes it all the sweeter.

And because...

I feel grateful for all these moments.

And I do think [to myself] ....it's a wonderful world. :)

Call

Because when he asked me to go on 

a call with him, I told him I wasn't ready yet.

Then I called him back.

I was ready enough.

The whole seize-the-moment vibe...

it made it all the sweeter. :)
